It's nice. You get what you pay for.

The facility is nice enough. The residents have a disregard for rules set in place for safety. My experience thus far has been mediocre.

Neighbors make a lot of noise.

I don't know if this is apartments issue or managements not taking serious action against residents ill habits issue but my neighbors play loud music every day for an hour right when we reach home after a tiring day at work

Noise

I wanted to leave my personal information but decided against it. We’ve left multiple noise complaints and nothing has been done and now after multiple years of living here we’re unable to pay online. Not very happy with the way long time residents are basically just another paycheck. I know this won’t change anything but in my line of work, you treat people you’ve worked with for years with a little more respect. I guess it’s a sign of the times, but it is hugely disappointing

Good apartment and pool, poor management

The office staff and management is unresponsive and not helpful with our concerns. We had water damage in our apartment caused by a neighbor and they told us the walls were dry when they were not. This happened several times before they decided to listen to us and fix the wall and this took about a month. They are now unresponsive to us trying to get a discount on rent due to the major inconveniences we experienced related to this. Management should be more concerned about doing the right thing in these types of situations.
