Deer Cross Apts
My family & I recently moved into Deer Cross Apts & we have loved living here so far. From the very beginning, Geneka has gone above & beyond to make moving into our apartment as smooth as possible. There were a few delays along the process but we're so happy to finally call Deer Cross home! You cannot beat the price & location of these apartments. I will definitely be recommending Deer Cross to more of our friends & family! Thanks again for EVERYTHING Geneka :)
A Needle in a Hay Stack
Although I’ve only been here 2 months of my lease . The property is very well kept and quiet. The pool exercise facility and barbecue areas make me feel right at home at my home away from home. The staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable about any questions I’ve had.. I would highly recommend Deer Cross apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay.
Wonderful, beautiful place to live!
My husband and I have lived here at Deer Cross Apartments for almost a year and we love it. The grounds are beautifully well-planted and maintained, and there are pretty, shady walking paths throughout the community. The swimming pool is marvelous: clean, inviting, and never overcrowded. The maintenance staff has responded quickly to our needs and is always friendly, polite, and gets the job done quickly. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is delightful both to look at and to swim in. It is pretty in shape and never overcrowded. The sweet sounds of laughter and fun waft over to our apartment, and are never overly loud or obnoxious. My husband and I are elderly, and we love it here. We feel as though we are special due to prompt requests being answer, friendly and helpful neighbors, and an all-around consideration and concern. We love the fact that there are plenty of young families, singles, and older folks living here. It's a good mix! I can't say enough about it! Angelina College is right next door, within walking distance, so a great place for students to reside. Also, it is very convenient to shopping and great restaurants, and we can even walk to Walmart, less than half a mile away, if we choose to. A great place to live! You can find cheaper apartments elsewhere, but Deer Cross is reasonable for all it offers, and worth every penny.
