Nice Place to Live!

I love my apartment! I am on my second year here. My neighbors are ok, I have a couple who get loud once in a while but it's ok since most of the time it is quiet. Maintenance has been great! Parking is fine. The only compliant I have is the roads, which could be maintained a lot better. However, we also have those residents that will drive over a starting pothole, rather than around it! Which only makes it worse! This past Thanksgiving the residents received a free Turkey or Ham, which was very nice. The Staff also did a donation for the homeless in November. I would like to see more donation collections, maybe one every 3 months, I would definitely donate!

Parking is good. Could be better with a little change.

It used to be that resident parked in visitor parking and that left no chance for people to have visitors. Now that you tow residence that park in visitor parking there are many more visitor parking spots that are necessary. Also if we could spread them out so they are not all clumped in the same four areas that would be nice. I would like to be able to park in front of my own apartment building.

Pet Policy

Domesticated pets are accepted if they are less than 25 lbs and 21 inches tall. A non-refundable pet deposit of $150 is required and is due at the time of signing. An additional $150 refundable deposit is due at the time of move-in and will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the lease contract. We may require a written statement from a qualified professional verifying the need for a support animal for a disabled (handicapped) person. We will not charge a pet deposit or non-refundable fee for any authorized support animal.
