Lawn Maintenance, Exterior and Ants - Property declining!!

This property continues to decline. Poor management. Marina lawn side is disgusting with the sod torn up by landscapers. The building will eventually be affected by the soil erosion that is never addressed. Giant ant beds with ants entering first level apartments. Tenants allowing dogs to go around marina unleashed and do not pick up dog poop. Black mold on brinks in parking area. Sidewalk in front of steps on parking side has mud all the time and is dangerous and someone will fall. Mud in covered parking by cars. Hasn't been painted in many years and the shutters are still damaged from Harvey. Flower beds are terrible. Lived on this property for 14 years and so disappointed and sad to see it deteriorating so bad. Would not recommend this property to anyone and can't wait to leave!

A great place to live

I move here 20 months ago and it has been a great place to live ever since. I can only hope to be as lucky in my next place. Staff has always been very friendly and respectful. Residence have always been warm and friendly. I have never had an issue that was not addressed immediately and professionally. On occasion parking is full near the building because there are a lot couples that share the 1 bedrooms but have two cars. There is ample parking but sometimes you might have to walk a little. This is not a bad problem and shows how well the office staff does keeping the units full. Top notch all around.

This is the best place that I have ever lived, I love it, it's nice, great amenities, great staff everything is great so far ,hopefully it will never change
