Pets - 2 Allowed per Apartment, $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly $20 Pet Rent per pet as specified on the addendum. There are no weight limits; however, the following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier / Bull Terrier, (aka Pit Bull), Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky & Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff and Wolf/restricted breed mix. Any mix of the breeds listed is not acceptable. Service Animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all breeds.

Cute Homely Feeling

The apartments are very cute and perfect for a one person apartment. I just wish the apartment verandas which are facing the street or other apartment's verandas would have a little more privacy or vegetation.

Downhill

The Mansions used to be the premier apartment complex in Lakeway. Since new management has taken over, there has been a sharp decline in the complex's attention to resident concerns. We had a major plumbing leak that took weeks to resolve (with our continued prodding) and the insect problem has gotten dramatically worse as of late. The maintenance team does not respond to requests in a timely fashion, if at all. I also requested a new water filter for our refrigerator about 8x over the past 3-4 months, still waiting on that.... Take your business elsewhere. And to the Berkshire property management team, please take a good look at this location!
