New Apartment for Me
What a beautiful complex. I stopped in last week and the staff was incredible, so friendly. Tiffany took Me on a tour. I was really impressed. My lease is up in three months. I sure wish I could move in now, that pool is beautiful. See you soon!!
New college student
I’m starting college in the fall in San Marcos. This apartment Was a little far in distance. Yet it was the best I have seen. I want a quiet place to live to study. I spoke with Tiffany and she was helpful with all my questions. So I’m bringing my mom in to see the place. Thank you Tiffany and staff.

After my first year at Oaks on Marketplace, I was happy to submit a request to renew my lease. The office staff, maintenance staff, and everyone I've dealt with has been wonderful! The few issues I've had have been resolved more quickly than expected and always to my satisfaction. I love the courtyards and the community feel the complex has. My kiddo and I enjoy the amenities regularly and have enjoyed being a part of this wonderful 'neighborhood'! We are looking forward to another great year here!
Lazy staff
Staff seems very lazy and I never seen any of the managers walk the property to see what needs to be fixed. They fire off like a zillion emails and most of them are geared towards make sure your rent is paid on time. The old management was much more involved than the current staff and please either get the gates fixed right or not have them at all. Im disappointed Im here for another year honestly.
Nice apartments
Nice apartments. They offer a few nice amenities such as a dedicated room to go bathe your dog (pet), but it's not kept clean. Has a very nice courtyard area as well as an entertaining area next to the pool area. They are a few pet owners who are not very responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s). Maintenance staff is top notch and approachable. The office staff has always been nice and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to others. We feel safe here and have never had any security issues.
