Apartment is in a great area. Could be a really nice property. It needs work though. There is visible mold in hallway which ive cleaned 3 times myslef now, the qc barely works, the pest control i requested twice and no one showed up. The valet trash is a joke. The pool had paint chippin in it last year With all this said it has potential
