Not even meeting the expectation for what we pay
The only one thing I like about it is the apartment floor plan itself, but there is no amenities whatsoever, the fitness center is all old and broken machines, the pool is closed most of the summer, the maintenance takes so long to reply to requests, the staff is rude. We’re having a really bad experience in this place.
Just okay
We experienced a rent hike of around $2,000 this year. We've been here 5 years but they don't value good renters any more than the bad. Maintenance has been poor since the new owners took over. It seems to be taking them much longer to get things straightened out. The managers and office personnel have been nice except for one person who seemed put out that we dared to ask the status of an old maintenance request. It may have just been a bad day for her. Be careful which building you accept to live in. Ours is an older one and we've had maintenance issues, and moved into an apt with a filthy tub that we still haven't been able to get completely white after much scrubbing, and the stove is very poor. Plan on paying for many car washes during the late summer as hundreds of Great-tailed Grackles swarm our parking lots in the early mornings and make the cars a mess. This is a nice facility though when it's kept up well. In fairness to the staff, this has been a very rough year due to extreme drought.
