Good place, office staff not helpful
Like the homes,expensive but very good area. Office personnel not helpful at all
Great property
7 months here. Great staff, good amenities: pool, hot tub, fire pits, grills, but no workout equipment. Nice area, parking for guests is very limited. Response to service requests timely and efficiently handled.
Review
Property isn't maintained - landscape has all been dead for over a year. Pay for valet trash and it rarely comes. People leave trash on porches for days on end rather than taking to dumpster. Pay an amenity fee but the hot tub is broken more than it works and we have never been able to use the fire pit. $30 month is too high for a pool and dog park. There isn't an exercise facility. Love the community and the office staff but the costs don't equal the value.

We love your well behaved pets! Avilla welcomes all dog breeds, ages, and sizes. 3 pets per home maximum. Pet interview required. All fees are per pet.
