Ample space and shelves for storage.  Kitchen is fully upgraded with a side by side refrigerator and modern stainless steel appliances.   The living room has one working premium leather recliner set (2nd recliner chair does not work). Large 55inch TV, speakers and sub woofer system.  There is a one set up desk in the living room and there is a small 32inch desk that can be set up in the bedroom (upon request). Other details to note GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID’S ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH OCCUPANT INFORMATION FROMS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. PETS: PLEASE DECLARE PETS PRIOR TO BOOKING. $250 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE PER PET. MAXIMUM ALLOWED (2) WEIGHT AND BREED RESTRISTIONS PLEASE PICK UP LITTER AND DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN OUTSIDE. CATS ARE TO REMAIN INSIDE AT ALL TIMES.    In line with the policy of the condominium association and to protect all residents in the community a routine background check is required for our guests.
