Basic, great location

Pretty basic. Not a newer complex. Maintenance basically does patch work for the most part. Don't expect much or a root cause analysis. There are many water leaks due to the age of complex, and pure neglect. I'm sure they don't want to shell out the money. However, they will gladly take your rent money without much concern for getting to the root cause of the issues you experience. So, basically, you pay for a full rental experience, but you don't get it. I also had major flea issues in my apartment because the property did not use an exterminator after the last resident left. I am pretty certain that the last person had at least one pet. In comparison to apartments in south Irving, I would still definitely choose this basic place. However, I think I would pay even a little more for a newer complex. I'm here for the location.

Valet Trash Service

I feel $30 is too expensive for the residents. That adds a lot to the rent. I feel the trash service should be calculated by the number of occupants in an apartment

My Opinion

I feel if you have 2 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment, they should only be able to park 1 car under the carport because it takes away 1 extra space that a resident parking space under the carport. It is not fair to the resident that has to park in a non carport space. I do not think it is fair the way the water bills are distributed. I, as a single occupant is punished for a family that uses more water than I do, I feel that is a punishment for me. Rent is expensive enough.
