Laminate Floors

Laminate floors are nice in the apartment, but they can be noisy for neighbors who can hear the neighbor footsteps (leasing could encourage neighbor to use rugs in area he/she walk a lot, wear soft heeled shoes etc. to reduce the noise) in the unit above.

Management or leasing office is least responsive

The leasing office is snail slow in sending updates and needs definitely some push on additional resources or funds. Either they are under staffed or not enough funds. Updates reach very slow and never reachable on phone.

There is a pile of vomit on the sidewalk next to my patio that has been there for two weeks. That's about you need to know.

Office Staff

We have tried numerous times to contact the office staff. We have sent messages through Rent cafe, emails to managers, and phone messages and no one responds. I do not know what happened, this used to be a great place with great courteous staff. Now it is a non-existent staff.
