Great property

Great place to live in have done a lot of improvements to the property office staff is very good at helping the residents happy an the maintenance guys are on top of thighs as soon as you report it to Nicole or Anna property has improved 10 times better hardly any trash around the property thanks to the New Asst maintenance that does a sure it stays that way I will live here for another year great job your hard work is very much appreciated Juan carlos

do not move to this complex

(1)When sending emails to the staff about things that are needing to be done are ignored majority of the times. (2)The staff doesn't value their tenants and are not concern about their safety of their well being in the complex. (3)I will never refer any one to move in this complex. I was unable to move when my lease was up because they have it stated to the courts that I am evicted:;although I still live there (4) If you are late they do not turn the payment it to the courts, therefore you will not be able to move to another complex.

Love it here.

I've been here a year-and-a-half. I am very happy. Bertha, the manager works hard to meet any requests I have and is always kind and considerate. I love the flow and layout of my apartment. The maintenance is pretty quick and I feel very safe here. Good lighting outside my apartment. Great water pressure, and lots of windows for light inside my apartment. I have a fantastic size patio too! My lower score on noise is recent as there is no division between where people with kids live and single adults. I have 3 kids that scream all the time here.

"A Great Complex To Live a Peaceful Life"

First of all, I would like to thank the current staff for being very professional and caring. I been living here for the past 8 years and so far I am a happy resident. I am very pleased with the current staff. We needed this after the previous staff members weren't this helpful and caring. Bertha the manager is one of a kind. She really cares about us the residents. Nancy the assistant manager which she left was great and not just me but other residents were sad to see her leave because she was great. We wish nothing but success for her. But we are glad that Ana took her place, Ana has demonstrated that she can also provide an excellent customer service to the residents. I hope we keep Bertha and Ana for the longest as finally we have a great management group for this complex Colinas Pointe Apartment Homes. Best Regards,

Happy Tenant

Over the course of eight years living here, its been really amazing. I have had very good communication with management in dealing with an issues I've had...I get compliments from friends about how the grounds and apartments are well kept.
