I honestly enjoy living here. I haven't had any issues and maintenence is really good. My only complaint is the Smart RENT they installed because ever since they installed it I've been having issues with my wifi and I don't watch cable but it's required bc all the Apts are already equipped. I wish the cable was an option and would love to get rid of.the usely smart home stuff.

Place of peace

I had 2 days to find an apartment when buying a house fell through. Plus I moved from another state, so I was stressed, but Ruby took care of me. I did have to fly in a week earlier for a day to sign the initial lease sooner to lock in the deal I wanted. And I’m glad I did & chose this one. This has been my place of peace for a year. No noise from neighbors, except when my upstairs neighbors get up in the morning. I feel safe here. The location is great. The staff are all nice & helpful, and the maintenance always comes w/in 24 hours & fixes the issue in one trip. I’ve only needed them 3-4 times in a year though. I love my place, & just renewed my lease. Homeownership is on hold for a while.
