Lived here many years and the last 2 investment companies are not keeping property up. Many drad shrubs , no flower bed dirt and mulch all roots showing and dying. Trash being hid behind garages by maintenance prople like boards and old carpets etc. Rent is too high now for condition and age of these apartments.
