Pleasant

I've been at the Meritage for half a year and all has been great. A resident referred me here and Veronica has been a great help since my move. From then on, Monique and Ajee have been helpful as well. Maintenance is also great at getting things done quick. Well, they were slower than normal when Covid first hit. Since then Juan and Israel get things done quick. Teresa keeps the place smelling fresh and Saul always makes sure the halls and pool are trash free. Now, there are some noise as it is an apartment building, so if you can't deal with a little bit of your neighbor walking, then this might take a little for you to adjust. Besides that, you wouldn't regret your decision.

Meritage Apartments

I'm a long-time resident and I love living at The Meritage! First, the office ladies are amazing! They go out of their way to accommodate the tenants. They are professional and super friendly. Second, maintenance crew are always prompt and efficient. They also keep the building and grounds immaculate. Third, the apartments! They have lovely bathroom and kitchen fixtures, are quiet and the rooms are quite generous in size compared to most I've seen. Fourth, the building is decked out out with lots of amenities and the pool area is gorgeous! Parking is so convenient with elevators conveniently located around the building so you never have to walk far. Fifth, location! Meyerland Plaza next door with great shopping and a brand new HEB. 610 is a block away for quick access to anywhere. Believe me, I've apartment shopped all over the city and The Meritage is the best buy around!

More than satisfied at the Meritage

Manager Monique and her staff really do an excellent job of maintaining and managing a beautiful property. Always friendly and helpful even in challenging times. Building move in takes a little extra planning and time, but it has been very worthwhile. Just signed another lease on a bigger apartment; we are happy!

Access for food and grocery delivery

As I said last time access to the building is poor for delivery of food and groceries. To have delivery people, many of whom don't speak English that well to follow instructions and make one phone call at the front of the building and another phone call at the back of the garage in order to get access to a stairway is a very poor admission process. One Phone call to the Resident should be enough.
