Update /Follow-Up for Improvement

Not enough storage in Kitchen area; Dining area should be more spacious; there should absolutely be a pantry, there is no pantry. Residents should never have to pay for services called amenities and not receive these amenities/services. Example: Gym -old and worn out equipment; pay for trash/ garbage disposal, 2 separate charges. The property should seek and find adequate, and competent Maintenance workers; Adequate number of Maintenance staff is not 2 persons for entire property. Consult the Resident regarding the details of what maintenance issues they're having, prior to arriving, so that the repair is complete, to avoid a repeated Maintenance request.

Staff needs help

Eleven months. Eleven Payments. I showed the staff proof of my eleven payments and they still say I have missed a payment. They told me I missed Jan-2021 then later they said I missed Oct-2021. Which is it??They said they had to research the issue. There is no issue on my part. I showed proof of payment for eleven months. I need my account fixed so I can pay my rent for December 2021. It is not that difficult. I see arbitration on the horizon. With the current management in place, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Terrible beginning to my move to Houston.

There have been numerous issues with my apartment since I have moved in. The apartment was not ready on the date I moved in, even moving in later in the afternoon as leasing managers told me things needed to be completed in my unit. - I have no knobs on none of my kitchen cabinets - sink pools water so there is as issue with the drainage - shower/tub in my first floor bathroom does not run water - shower in the upstairs bathroom pools water and does not drain - the windows on the first floor leak when it rains heavy or being pressure washed - garbage disposal in the sink does not work - dish washer in kitchen does not work - there is no light for my front door and there are plenty of other issues. These issues existed when I moved in on 6/25 and they still exist with no communication from the office or maintenance in regard to any repairs. I am currently paying full price for an apartment that partially works. I have literally moved into a nightmare.
