At Gables, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Not only is our community pet-centric, but we’ve developed Gables Paws to Care™ program to celebrate your pet while also giving back to the pet community! Come visit us at the leasing office for special treats for your furry friend to learn more about our great program. The Gael welcomes cats and dogs. There is a pet deposit of $100, a pet fee of $400 for one, and $800 for two and a monthly pet rent of $20. Two pet maximum.  We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!

Property has gone down hill!

Apathetic staff that doesn’t follow through. Hallways and dumpster areas are filthy and are cleaned rarely. Hallway floors not cleaned in over a year. Maintenance doesn’t stay on top of property leaving lights out for days or not properly fixing a request resulting in several calls for the same request. Last minute communication from managers- often announcing pre planned office closures at the end of the day the day before. Unprofessional. Used to be a great property. Can’t wait to move!!!

Everything is perfect except the unclean corridors

The corridors are extremely unclean and I'm at 2201 to 2206 corridor. The corridors have just been left unclean for months. I also bought my own swiffer mop and cleaned it myself. It's just that I cannot keep doing it myself. Some support on this would be helpful. Thanks in advance

General Comments

The location of the Gael is amazing! You cannot beat it. The communication with the management staff is challenging; as long as you do not need anything, you will enjoy your time at the Gael. Overall, the maintenance staff responds and resolves requests; however, the following should be noted: 1) An option to take shoes off or put covers on shoes when entering unit 2) Call prior to coming (missed even when placed on work order) 3) Leave notice of entry into apartment and what was completed (when resident is not present) 4) Once they are notified of issues, maintenance personnel {Raphael and Alex(?)} are attentive and responsive. The tv in the work out facility does not work (no cable?). Since the cable seems to be challenging to obtain or sustain, antenna tv would be nice,

Worst maintenance but great location

Maintenance did not do their job at all. Took 3 months to get things done without even fixing the right things nor replacing things that should have been fixed before moving into the apartment. That being said the location was great and we had a nice apartment, as long as something doesn’t go wrong or you need something from them it’s a great place. Would we live there again? Yes, it was a nice place to live, we would just have zero expectations for anything getting fixed in a reasonable amount of time unless we do it ourselves.
