Roscoe needs training on managing Roundhill Townhomes.

Everything has gone down hill since Roscoe took over. Property appears trash not being maintained there is a privacy fence that has been completed detached from one of the units in the 500 building for over 2 months. Management needs to be able to answer questions concerning additional charges charges and when they tell you they will call you back they don't. Over all experience with this Management team is negative and has made me decide after 11 years of living at Roundhill to move after this lease is up. So unfortunately they can't take care of the property nor their tenants they shouldn't be managing this property seems as if it is to.much for them. Sad!
