Pet owners / managers attitude

Pet owners should be fined if they do not scoop up after their dogs. It smells really foul at times. Poop fined it’s way on the walking pavement and sometimes after lawn service. Manager and maintenance turnover is fast, but I expect it based on the negative attitude from most of them over the year. My neighbors and I talk about that more than any other concerns. Many leave without renewing because of that. I personally don’t like going into the office, lounge or computer room because of the unpleasant reception. I rarely ask for maintenance services because there’s usually one person available due to turnover.

Too many maintenance issues in less than 2 months

I've been living here for less than 2 months and I'd already 3 big issues, regarding maintenance. I consider that to be unacceptable, because I had done my part, paying on time and following all the rules. I do not like to complain, but mayor issues like no A/C, no water and a Dryer that doesn't work properly on a relatively new apartment I think is not appropriate or acceptable.

Please read about our pet policy below. We accept a maximum of two pets per apartment home and the maximum weight limit for any pet is 99 lbs. Breed Restrictions Apply. No aggressive breeds shall be permitted. Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to: Purebred Crossbreed Pit Bull Wolf-Dog Hybrid Rottweiler German Shepherd German Shepherd Pit Bull Type Malamute Husky-Type Doberman Pinscher Chow Chow Great Dane Saint Bernard Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height and vaccinations received. All pets must have management approval prior to occupancy. There is a weight limit of 99 lbs. We will photograph your pet for our records.
