Montecito Review

I have lived here for a year the first time and came back the second time and am looking to renew for year 3. besides the aging and inevitable breakdowns and the eternal disrepair of my particular courtyard (which used to be very lovely), the place is a good deal.

Great place to live

I moved here 3 weeks ago. Kristie and Nate (leasing staff) are very helpful and right on tasks, close to all attractions and affordable. Maintenance (Eddie) is pretty quick and responsive too.

An incredible bang for you buck

I've lived here for about 2 years, the maintenance staff are excellent and respond promptly. The amenities are nice especially since they redid the pool. Compared to the other locations around this area, Montecito cannot be beat regarding price. The other locations I visited were more expensive and significantly older than this property. There are occasional security situation but the security guards make their round and are pretty on top of getting people's information that do not have a clicker. Regarding noise, its Houston you are going to hear random cars accelerating at weird times of the day, not much you can do there. All in all a good experience
