Rating Category

After numerous complaints about noise in the adjoining resident's apartment, the residents continue to make life unbearable. I cringe every time I go to bed at night because the music or other electronics are so loud I must use ear plugs (which in itself is dangerous). By doing this I would not be able to hear if someone is breaking into my apartment or if there is a warning of fire in the building. As for maintenance, we called about a water leak in the bathroom for four days without even an acknowledgement of the problem. Also, office staff notified me 60 days past my renewal date that I needed to renew my lease and if I did not renew I would have to give a 60 day notice. I only have 30 days left on my lease. How is this possible.

My view point

This is a nice property. Parking is truly a magic act if you come on late. Expect to park your car away from the building you live in. There are a lot of run down non working cars parked that are taking up space. The pool, workout room, and playground are all good. Location is good it's quiet but very close to grocery stores and eateries. Close to 45. The schools are good as well. Emily in the front office is nice and friendly. Expect your request for maintenance to take awhile a long while.

Maintenance

There were several things not in order when I moved in. These things was mentioned and a walk thru form was requested to be put on my door. The letter still hasn't been delivered. The main concern is all the ELECTRICAL problems in the apartment. Safety is a must. My neighbors over me constantly dropping trash on my patio. I can understand the kids but the adult with the cigar butts on my patio. I know this virus has everyone scared. I work on the front line in the medical field everyday. I hate to get an phone call stating that the bldg. caught fire due to electric problem with my apartment.
