Not what I was expecting.

When my wife and I moved here. Everything seemed okay. But the old management was bad and so was this one. We were really hoping to stay here 2 or 3 years. We will see what improvements are made once December comes around.

Hoping Things Turn Around

This was a WONDERFUL place to live when I moved here in February 2023; I saw this as a long-term residency. Every aspect of the property has increasingly declined since then: maintenance/groundskeeping, staff approachability/communication, customer service, record keeping, and security. I have had my money/rent payment lost, my master key that should have been in a lock box lost, erroneous charges and notices to vacate (despite my account being paid and having proof), a vehicle that I registered for parking has been targeted and towed twice (again, despite me providing proof that the guest vehicle was registered). Recently, we have been receiving letters and memos with notifications and requests of varying degrees on the day new things are taking effect or on the day the staff wants something. For example, I received a rather threatening printed memo regarding renter's insurance on April 30, 2024. The requested "submit by" date was April 30, 2024. Billing statements have not been corrected, yet residents were sent a threatening email about being charged a fee if old trash bins were not turned into the office by a certain date. I currently have no confidence that my tenant's rights will be respected and adhered to as the Texas state law has laid out.
