Nice apartment but...

It's a terrific location to live in Houston if you are looking for an upscale affordable living. However, it can be challenging to use the amenities, particularly in the coffee area. The condiments section should be restocked by staff members, which will add value to guests' stays and demonstrating to residents that their monthly "lifestyle fee" is being used as intended.

Gables = Happy Home

I have lived at Gables Post Oak for 3 years. Moving here from the suburbs was a huge step for me. Turned out to be the best decision. My office is 3 minutes from home. Not having to fight heavy traffic every day literally changed my life. I love everything about my home and the property. -Maria

Good place to live

So far has been a good place to live. Relatively quiet compared to other complexes I’ve lived in before. There have been some changes that I wouldn’t say are for the best but it looks like they try to fix them almost immediately.

At Gables, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Not only is our community pet-centric, but we’ve developed Gables Paws to Care™ program to celebrate your pet while also giving back to the pet community! Come visit us at the leasing office for special treats for your furry friend to learn more about our great program. Gables Post Oak welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet- with a maximum of two- there is a $400 pet fee and a $100 refundable deposit and a $20 pet rent. A $100 refundable deposit and a $500 pet fee is required if over 40lbs. We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!
