Happy to have Waited to move in to Gables Post Oak!
I have lived here for about 4 months now and I have to admit that from touring the complex to having lived here as a tenant, Alex (leasing agent) has been extremely helpful. He has actively communicated with me from the moment I moved in and facilitated an easy transition. I moved from a house to an apartment and the floor plans at Gables Post Oak were able to accommodate all the extra stuff I had. Also, Alex has communicated with maintenance when I had a light bulb go out and everything was fixed by the time I came back from work (work as a physician). The people who live here have been super friendly and overall pretty diverse environment. Like the apartment gym! Not too much equipment but just enough to fit a quick workout in. Pool is nice and well maintained. Occasionally, I will say, the pets do urinate in the elevator but maintenance does usually do a good job taking care of it. I have an electric car and it has been awesome having onsite Fast Charging stations on the 2nd floor. Great time living here so far!

Gable’s Post Oak is Horrible
I would rather NOT waste my time and energy writing all the things i dont like about Gables Post Oak there is TOO much to list. The Only thing that is positive, is the location .

Gables Post Oak
