Atrocious responsiveness

I have had broken sink disposal for over 14 months. When asked about status of the repair, the staff pretends it has never been reported despite numerous requests for repair and regular reminders to the maintenance staff. Now the same lack of attention is occuring on my washing machine which has been inoperable for 3 months. Despite maintenance staff coming in my apartment to assess the machine after the issue was first reported, the staff later claimed it had never been reported. When asked how they planned to account for these contractual breaches, the staff ignored the question.
