carport and dogs

I don't like that we are asked to pay to park closer to our apts, now. We can not afford to pay 30.00 more to park under a carport, we did not ask for. Also people are not picking up poop after their dogs.

Management

Been living here for 3 years now and the person in the office manager has been fantastic. Had no problems when it was called the Wolf Creek but since it has been The Beverly of Clear Lake the changes have been not good ones.
