Security

Everything for me is five stars. However, please see my below complaints. If the cars at the gate can’t contact someone to open the gate for them via the gate code they should not be allowed in. I do believe that we have a small enough complex and pay a little above market to justify an upgrade to our current security system which is a pin pad. There are other apartments that charge way less and have better security entrance restrictions. There was several car broken into in our building and again, we have a very small complex to justify some sort of upgrade or even a security guard to work year round or holiday season at the very least. Lastly, a security guard or even police would help stop the problem of every other apartment having someone that smokes. That is an overstatement but almost every time I walk out I smell it. I have kids and I have seen many kids in our complex and they should not be subjected to that. Seriously though please consider the security upgrade. Ours is a joke.
