Wallis and Baker

Staff is great and property is nice but the noise level where my apartment is located is too loud due to highway.

Wallis & Baker is a pet friendly community! $250 refundable deposit  $400 non-refundable fee Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet and provides access to our off-leash pet park, Bacon’s Dog Park. Wallis & Baker does not have a weight limit, but there are breed restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment. Only domesticated animals such as cats and dogs are allowed. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.
