Absolutely Amazing

I have been here for 6 months the property is amazing. Maintenance and office staff are swift in responses. My only issue was parking and now that I have a garage I no longer have that issue.

Needs improvement compare to rent price

vomit was present on parking lot when move in. had to park by it for 3 days. it was never cleaned up. constantly pet urine in elevator. parking lot can get full on weekends. report issue with unit next day after move in, 3 months later still same issue.

New Living

Been moved in for 4.5 months. Signed in January sight unseen. There have been a few issues but staff has taken care as soon as possible which is nice. Parking is a nightmare that seems to be known but no solutions have been made, parking in non parking spaces are not allowed but always seem to happen which makes parking even harder. Great amenities and super friendly front office staff. Overall good experience and glad that i was able to make presidium my home!!!

If you're thinking about moving here do it!

It’s a really nice community who values residents and will make sure they do what’s necessary for you to have a good leasing experience. The pool is amazing as well they really put time into these apartments.

Review

There’s no additional area to dispose of dog poop other than the construction bins and dog park. I have encountered multiple residents not picking up their dogs along the grass by the covered parking.
