Third Hand Smoke Exposure

I loved the concept of leased homes and still like the plan but third hand smoke made the home inhabitable. Staff response times and availability were not desirable. I was able to opt of of lease without penalties per Nikole, who is new. Third hand smoke is not well known but occurs when a previously leased apartment resident was a smoker. The smoke was prevalent from the first I entered but maintenance gentleman stated he was a smoker and had been in the home. I am moving out tomorrow but leaving information on Third Hand Smoke for the office staff. I sent same to the CEO)certified mail. I believe future residents should be nonsmokers and Avilla Heritage should consider becoming Smoke Free.
