There is no charge for a Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.   If a pet, the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Bull Dogs, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman, Wolf Hybrid, Akita, Chows, Boxers, German Shepherds, Mastiff or any breed mix of the aforementioned. A picture of all pets will also be required.   What is Streetlane's Service Animal Policy?   Streetlane complies with all requirements under the American's with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Act in regards to Service Animals.   What is Streetlane's Policy regarding Emotional Support Animals (ESA)?   Applicant / Resident must provide a doctor's letter dated within the past 12 months to support the necessity of the emotional support animal. Applicant / Resident must agree that the animal cannot create a nuisance and that it must be on a leash if outside the home but on the property area.
