An embarrassment

The staff is not cooperative and always out of the office or closed. I feel as a senior citizen facility it should be organized more. The maintenance doesnt do the work as it always short of maintenance staff and they don’t know what they’re doing. I am going to report to the BBB and HUD and the governor. It’s ridiculous being a senior living! And they keep going up on rent when these people are on fixed income. Its a sad situation and facility and an embarrassment for the elderly!

Satisfied resident most of the time

I’m home a lot, and I really enjoy being in my apartment. I love the layout and if feel safe. I’ve only lived here for 4 months. The only thing I’m disappointed with are the advertised amenities not consistently being available. I’m in Dallas and moved here the beginning of August, and the pool hasn’t been open since I’ve been here. The security gate is always broken; it hasn’t worked for a few months now. I’m disabled, and the elevator has been out of operation frequently. In general, I’m a satisfied resident.
