Fall from Grace
Property and staff were amazing when I first moved in over 4 years ago. Now it is in shambles. Staff are hit or miss (mostly miss) and the community is not safe or secure. All they care about is money but won't fix anything to restore the once nice community.

Mixed experience
Decent place to live but some major problems such as maintenance taking 10-15 tries (I've lost count) in only about 1.5 years living here to maybe have finally fixed the AC system long term. Constantly stopped working and only temporarily working again after maintenance requests. And having car illegally towed from parking without notice when 10 days notice is required in the leasing agreement. And Bilt Rewards is an extremely bad rent payment system with massive flaws and almost no options/functionality (you can't even tell it to make the autopay rent payment on June 1st rather than July 1st when you're still in time before the June 1st payment theres many instances it'll wrongly automatically choose July 1st instead and you can't do anything about it)

Lovely
My family and I have been living her for the past 8mths and about to renew for another year. The staff at the office are wonderful they are on top of things you request as well as maintenance. The only complaint I have is the parking and the loud neighbors i live next to.
