Poised and Competent.
The transition to new management was handled with poise and competency. It can never be easy to take on someone else's (what I perceived to have been) mess (My first year was in the midst of the transition). The management team, through all the glitches were always poised and competent. Short notice requests to meet were always honored and the care and patience to get issues resolved are the best in the business. The Property Manager, Finance Manager, were a pleasure to engage. Consistent and Fair, best describe them getting to the bottom of some complex issues. Banking issues that were generated from my inability to transition to the app was treated with patience and empathy that I found refreshing. The Finance manager resolved to get me up and running .... whatever it took. I was likely in her office for 90minutes on that occasion. I am very grateful for that. I moved from Frisco to be closer to work and still find the Apartments to be a great value, especially given the Market Increases during Covid.
Lovely Place
I've been here over a year and i'm grateful for the location and amenities. It's a lovely place to live.
Electrical chargers!!
I've lived here for a year and 4 months. I think my biggest complaint would be the electrical chargers. Some times they work, sometimes they don't. People without electric/hybrid cars park in those limited spots so there needs to be a big sign that states you shouldn't park there if you don't drive one. We live in building 14 and we are still waiting for the electric chargers to be near our building. My other complaint is maintenance. We need better heads up when they enter our building, like a certain timeframe would be helpful. I was sleeping one time and they were knocking on our door and when I didn't respond, he just came in. Last, management is unresponsive to their tenant needs. I've followed up about my house fob many times when I just moved in and they said they'd notify me when it's ready. I went to the leasing office to inquire about it and they had it in the drawer the whole time without notifying me. Really frustrating.
