Me and my fiancé went into the office this past Saturday early afternoon and was introduced by Rhonda. Before starting the process for looking for a place she asked us questions and was very honest with us and since I had a recent apartment complex on my credit from breaking a lease she didn't try and get us to go any further with paying for a application fee like the past few places we had applied for did. We had at least spent $150 on application fees from properties that told us it was 50/50 we would be denied....only because they wanted the money. Rhonda gave us advice and how we should go about the credit issue and she was a very sweet lady I would definitely recommend her if you go in to the complex to speak to someone.
