Southern Hospitality at its Finest

We just moved here to Galveston from Las Vegas, NV. Kari has been WONDERFUL from the start of our apartment search process. I was unable to see the apartment in person, because we were moving from so far away and she took the time to do a FaceTime walk through with me, as well as answered at least 30 phone calls from me and patiently answered all my questions (the patience part, is key when working in customer service, and she executed this amazingly). She made a very unknown and stressful situation, as comfortable as possible and I am so thankful! I look forward to our time here.

We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.
