Longhorn Crossing Value

Low/efficient cost. But like anything, you get what you pay for. Living here for a low cost is not worth the trouble of dealing with low management skills from front office. Hidden fees sprung up on you, appliances not properly fixed correctly from the first work order put in. Rude management team. Only limited to ATT services for internet & wifi. If you are looking for a place to live for cheap Longhorn Crossing is the place. But cheap isn't always worth it. My overall experience as a resident living here for a year and seeing 2 different management staffs come though the front office would be a 1/5.

Welcome to our military installation

When we first moved into Longhorn Crossing the management was very friendly and helpful. We have seen a change in management several times and the current managers are all about "THE RULES". What used to be a friendly community, now seems more like a military installation. The staff come across as friendly, because it's their job, or they avoid you altogether. You say you have to renew your lease, expect an increase, every time. Why, because! Would we recommend signing up. not really.

No regrets

Parking is first come first serve unless you want to pay extra, which stinks. If you're paying rent, you should get one space. Value is average but I have always felt safe here.

Getting better with new mgnt staff. Wish you would get the gate on old Decator rd fixed so it closes
