Great Place to live
I have lived here for a little over a year. In that time, ownership/management of the property has changed. The new (current) owners have proven to be accessible, responsible, and kind. They have made improvements like keypads, security cameras, and public space decor. They have also been on top of handling tenant behavior issues like improper disposal of cigarettes and dog poop. I have really appreciated their management. The complex is safe, quiet, and maintains its unique architecture. Noise is relatively low except for neighbor noise coming from the floors or walls because of the age of the building.
