Unit construction

Overall I am liking my stay which started last year in early August. Some items to be addressed inside the units is lack of storage space - pantry too small and limited space for pots and pans - no space for vacuums, brooms. The insulation is not so good - cracks are beginning to show up and flooring has bubbles. The wall paint appears to be only one coat and everything shows on them so clean up is impossible. Landscaping and irrigation problems in front and back. Noise levels around the common area amenity have finally been minimized. No playground area for residents with young children.
