My experience has been like a roller coaster. Either really good or not so much. The first time I renewed, I thought I was going to get evicted because my new lease took forever to show up. Now I have water damage issues and NO COMMUNICATION about what is going on. The facility is kept nice and I feel safe.

I love the Beacon

I love the location, and the staff. My children love that the pool is open year round. There are TVs, couches, and grills at the pool area. The gym is a nice area as well. The staff is friendly.

As an initial tenant this property exuded the "Luxury" Living. As with most properties, investors and management change shortly after and it to time for the new group to adapt to properties potential. The new team has been very accommodating. This property provides some of the best amenities and leisure area available. A great place for transition to new beginnings.
