best apartments in Denton

You will not find a better apartment at a better value, location and price. The maintenance staff is as good as it gets very responsive, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend these apartments. Very quiet for being so close to everything you could need. The manager is amazing as well. Bottom line the best staff on any apartment complex I've ever lived at.

No parking lot

I work late and have no where to park my car whenever I get home, even when it’s just 9pm I still cannot find a spot to park my car

AMAZING

After having just about the worst experienced EVER at my last apartment, it was so refreshing to move here and be treated with respect. Jared and Tasha are two of the nicest and most helpful people. When I first got my keys I was accidentally put in the wrong unit, I wanted a more updated unit and what I got was one of the lesser updated units... Tasha had the issue fixed by the end of the day so I was still able to move in on time. I can't thank the office and the maintenance staff enough for the help they've provided me with! Love living here!

Assist Manager, Jared

I have lived on this property for 13 1/2 years and have never had an assist manager bend over backwards for the residents like Jared does. If you have a problem or complaint, Jared will do anything he can to make sure the situation is handled. Thank you Jared

Great place to live

I have lived at WatersEdge for two years and I could not be more pleased with every aspect of this property. A young lady works hard to keep the grounds free of litter. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Landscaping is beautiful. Residents are quiet. Staff is knowledgeable & efficient. If dog owners would pick up after their pets this would be a perfect place. Just sayin'.
