Way Too Loud

Living here is great for the price. However, there are many people who live here who have no respect for their neighbors, and it's unknown whether it's been dealt with or not. Motorcycles being revved up at 2AM and people consistently having shouting matches outside in the middle of the night are not uncommon. The staff is wonderful and always kind and helpful, and the maintenance while slow is thoughtful and does a good job. The only problem with this complex honestly is the neighborhood it's in and some of the people who live here. I will continue to live here a long time because the living space itself is incredibly nice for the price, but sometimes I do think about leaving due to the other tenants.
