You don’t get what u pay for

Rent increased and still have a broken gate. No notice regarding sign change here either. Gym is always nasty. Also my appliances are 20 years old and I pay more every lease?

Some constructive criticism.

The AC compressor units NEED to be routinely cleaned as a part of their preventative maintenance. Electrical panels are left open. Capacitors are thrown on the ground and forgotten about. The community as a whole would save money, be cooler in the hot seasons, and more confident in their living situation if our maintenance staff either did more work, or had more help. When I first moved in I had to use a flashlight to lock my door at night because of damaged lighting fixtures outside in the hallway. I like living here, and I’m planning on renewing my lease when it’s up. But there is some major maintenance issues. Instead of fixing problems on the property, I believe it would be better if they were PREVENTED.
