Staff tries but always seems mis informed. Parking is not always available. Community has gates that are not locked so nearby trailer park owners use amenities. Company trying get the gates to work adter years and sometimes lock them without providing reaidents access.
Awesome Place to Live
I have lived at Carmel Villas since May 2024 and I have loved my experience. One of those reasons is Colette. She is always smiling, happy to help and always does what she says she will do. I have loved working with her and her knowledge of the property and how responsive she is to my needs. Colette has been a rock star and has held many hats since I have moved in but has done each one with grace and a positive can do attitude. She is exceptional to work with and a true asset to our property. Thank you Colette for all your help!!

Great Location
Lived at the community for 9 months now. Amenities are nice and location is great. Maybe some covering over the mail boxes would be nice and eventually getting the gates to work, would be nice.
Love it here
I love living here . Staff is AMAZING always very helpful. Amenities are clean enjoyable.
