Review of property & management
Inconsistent management, basically no maintenance at all...grounds are disgusting, full of cigarette butts & beer bottle caps...hasn't been mowed or weeded all summer!! Building 2 is prime example of terrible lack of care or effort. Office has errors in rent payments, late fees that go back over 9 months without being able to do math. Maintenance requests go ignored, standard operating procedure. Do away with maintenance & office staff so you dont have any tenants that want to live here. Thanks
If management and maintenance isnt a priority for you, then this is a GREAT place to live. I personally don't mind not having either. I will be renewing my lease. My section is extremely quiet, nobody bothers me or my car, i do NOT have roaches and the rent is a good price.
The staff in front office are always really nice. The maintenance though will take forever to fulfill the work orders and will say they fixed it and the issue is not fixed. Parking is ok. Theirs always people being loud or fighting or gunshots. The apartments are decent for their price.
