Appliance repair

I've lived here for almost 13 years. Management and the Maintenance team are excellent. My washing machine was not working. Sent email on Sunday asking them to create a work order. Monday morning they came by and fixed it. I always feel confident that the entire staff will exceed expectations. Happy my home is at Windridge.

Great Employees

My son and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. But the girls in the office are the best. We needed a bigger apartment, they helped me out to the fullest and beyond. Also, Vivian the Community Manager took care of us as we are family.

11 year resident - great place to live

I've lived at Windridge for over 11 years. I love it here. The management and facilities staff are all very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have needed something repaired or taken care of they have been very responsive every time. I love having a larger apartment and covered parking right by my apartment. Yes this is an older complex but you don't get the large size units in the newly built complexes.

Excellent

I hate apartment hunting for a number of reasons, but the worst is the bait and switch. You find some nice looking apartments sign a lease, move in and then something breaks or you have an issue and the staff becomes rude or the maintenance person takes forever. It's happened so many times I just came to expect it, but thankfully I was pleasantly surprised here at Windridge. I put in a maintenance request and someone is here within 48 hours. Whenever I call the office someone not only answers the phone but is positive and truly happy to help. The only downside is parking if you have a second vehicle, but it isn't that bad. We could all use a little walk and I like the fact that each apartment gets one covered space automatically.
