Good location, poor management
The location of this property is wonderful-right I’m the middle of everything with east access to highways. I think management has changed three times in the 10 months ive lived here. There isn’t enough parking for all the residents and large trucks routinely take up 2 or 3 spaces. The only amenity is a gym, which is fine, but nothing special. All in all, I feel safe living here, but it’s overpriced and it’s always difficult to reach anyone since there isn’t any onsite management.
Okay place
The Fitz is a nice place, the neighbors are friendly and I haven’t had any issue’s. The package delivery system is awful, and new management has been super vague about taking over as well as making themselves known to tenants, so I don’t like that. The parking spaces are small and there is no guest parking. The apartments are overpriced as well, especially considering the lack of amenities.
