I am very appreciative on how quickly the maintenance team responds to any issues I might have. Of all the apartments I have lived in these guys are the best!!!!

Work Request

Thought I had a cracked window pane in my bedroom window. Maintenance responded within an hour. Tuned out it was a liquid sealant that had been overapplied by someone. I was good with the diagnosis but the gentleman took another 10 minutes to intently scrape the sealant off and make the window look look like new. A tip of the cap to PB Maintenance.

Excellent in so many ways...

I've been a resident at Preston Bend since January and must say it's been a great place to reside. First off, front office is terrific. Someone's always there and willing to listen and help. Maintenance crew keeps the premises clean and attractive. I haven't had any apt issues yet. Even though it's not a gated community it still remains safe and quiet. Neighbors seem friendly although I haven't had much interaction yet. Location couldn't be better...convenient to shopping and transportation. I love it here and anyone looking for a place to call home should definitely put Preston Bend Apartments on their short list.

Excellent place to call home

Moved into my unit Mid-January. Haven't quite connected socially with other tenants yet but everyone seems to be nice and friendly. Quiet community, very convenient location, well maintained property with nice amenities. The office staff is top notch...very professional, friendly and they get things done! Hoping to be here for years to come.

Excellent place to call home...

So many positives about Preston Bend. It all starts with the helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location, well maintained grounds, safe environment, easy parking (my last residence frequently had "zero" open spaces during the evening), several restaurants close by (even some right next door) and very quiet community overall with friendly neighbors. Happy to be here.
