Pavilions at Pebble View

The apartment itself is very nice! The location is close to about everything. We have not be able to get maintenance to help us since moving in, but we are being understanding. The parking is not always the best. The staff is very helpful. The amenities are fantastic! I just wish everything was available. This is a pretty nice place to live. Just a few little things need to be cleaned up.

Pavillion

Very peaceful. I used to love the walking trail and hear the sound of the water from the artificial creek, but ever since the tornadoes hit las year, the creek is looking more unhealthy by the day. I worry about the wild life one day all the ducks will die of a desease they will get from the pond

Killing the Game

This place is the GREAT!!! our Maintenance team ( Greg ) is amazing. Ive never lived in an APT and had service like this. Our management team is GREAT as well, we have never had an issues with either, Location is PERFECT for me, everything I need in just 3min-10 min away. Parking...... eeek But I've been here for 3 years and I don't see me leaving anytime soon.

Nothing Was READY 7/20/19- move in

I moved into my space and wondered if any thought went into preparing my space for me or not. My cabinets and base boards were not painted. They omitted my dog from my application despite me including her on my initial application form. This caused my move in fee to jump up 400.00 bucks. They did not come in to paint my baseboards and cabinets until I completed a request. Funny, because all of this was made apparent on the sheet issued to new residents. Get this ! I don't know they gate code for my visitors . They still have the prior resident's name on my parcel locker. I still don't have an actual parking decal. The staff is very ill prepared and uninformed. I find the maintenance team very kind and thorough, maybe they could train the office staff. Oh, I was sent a smoking violation when I don't smoke or use tobacco based products. My apartment always smells like weed.
