Good Experience

We lives at Lavera Apartments for a year and had a really good experience. The staff were great! Brenda and Kendrick in the office always took care of us. They both were friendly and helpful whenever we needed information or help. We give 5 STARS to our amazing maintenance guys, Mitch and Zack. They always exceeded our exceptions. They were always friendly and had such a good attitude. Our maintenance request where handled in a timely matter. Right after we moved in Lavera went under new owners. Over the last year, they have continued to make updates and changes that were nice for the community. We rented a 3BR 2Bath, which was very spacious however, needed some updates desperately. They are updating the ! & 2's first and then I guess the 3's. We moved out due to needed a 2BR and Lavera didn't have what we needed.
